Shipping, Return & Refund Policy 

Shipping Policy:

• Production & Shipping Location: All products are produced and shipped from Vietnam.

• Delivery Times:

  • US: Up to 15 business days.

  • EU: Up to 20 business days.
    Delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs clearance or postal service delays.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination during checkout.

Returns & Refunds:

• Normal Products:
  You may return or exchange normal (non-customized) products within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Customized Products:
  We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for customized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Refund Process:
  If eligible for a return, please contact us. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Order Cancellations:
  You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as we may have started production or shipping.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Wholesale Shipping, Return & Refund Policy 

Wholesale Orders:

• Minimum order quantity is 26 pieces per order/box.

• Processing time for customized orders can take up to 7 days before shipment.

• We ship internationally, with estimated delivery times varying by region (e.g., 15 days to the US, 20 days to the EU).

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

• Customized Wholesale Orders:

  • Due to the nature of customization, no return, refund, or exchange is accepted for customized wholesale orders.

• Damaged Orders:

  • If 30% or more of the wholesale order is damaged due to our fault, we will offer a refund or exchange for the damaged items only.

  • Please note, no return or refund will be applied to the entire order.
